MS-270 + DM-270 Alarm Monitor Station

MS-270 Alarm Monitoring Software is designed for people to set up a reliable and affordable Alarm Monitor Station on Personal Computer (PC) platform for the small to medium size communities. Such as District, Estate and Building management offices. MS-270 software is compatible with the Windows® 7 and Windows® 10 Operating Systems. It serves large number of clients with 4-digit ID Hex code of (0-9, B-F).

A Dual Line Alarm Receiver Modem DM-270 is also developed to work with the MS-270 software. Maximum two DM-270 can be connected with the Monitor Station to receive four alarm events simultaneously.

The Dual Line Alarm Receiver Modem DM-270 and Alarm Monitor Station Software MS-270 are specially designed to work with the HA-278 Alarm Control Panel to provide a Complete Equipment Solution for Alarm System & Monitor Station. It is prepared for those security companies who interest to set up alarm monitoring business.

The MS-270 Monitor Software is supplied with one DM-270 Dual Line Alarm Receiver Modem in kit form for setting up a Monitor Station instantly on PC platform without additional equipment.

DM-270 is a Dual Line Alarm Receiver Modem specially designed to work with the MS-270 Alarm Monitor Station Software to set up an Alarm Monitor Station on Windows® 7 or 10 platform. The Monitor Station is a system ideally for Estate and Building Security Management Offices and even District Security Management purpose for the public.

Each Receiver Modem consists the facility for two PSTN telephone lines (VoIP telephone line is also acceptable). It receives the alarm and status reports from the HA-278 alarm control panels that are installed at home or business premises at dierent locations in the city.
